Spring Break in Aruba

For this year's Spring Break, the Hollywood Four jumped on a plane to spend a few days on the island of Aruba. This is was our second "Dutch Antilles" island in the past three years (we vacationed in CuraƧao in 2015). We had a nice time and, of course, captured many of the highlights in photos and videos. As a quick recap, day 1 we arrived early afternoon so we just lounged around the Renaissance resort and pool area (Dad wasn't feeling well), then enjoyed a nice Italian dinner. with some local Balashi beer.  Day 2 we ventured to our private island (Renaissance guests only), then came back and had a fun Tapas dinner and drinks at West Deck. Day 3 we hiked up Hooiberg Mountain (about 700 steps) for some great views, then we hiked to, and swam in, the amazing Natural Pool area. We made a couple stops after than then returned to our hotel area for a nice Cuban dinner. Day 4, after a traditional Dutch breakfast, we ventured north to the Arashi Beach for a more touristy beach experience. After visiting the California Lighthouse, we returned back to the hotel area for some shopping and dinner. On Day 5 we rented our own private cabana on the Renaissance private island where we spent the entire day. That evening we celebrated Abby's birthday with a nice dinner at Pinchos Bar & Grill (on the water). Day 6 we enjoyed another Dutch breakfast, shopped and then returned home. Another successful vacation and great family time. Here are some video highlights (Flash videos cannot be viewed on mobile iOS devices).
